How an order works, from the bag to your door: confirmation, prices, payment, delivery, cancellation and refunds.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything VITON13 sells: the store lines Old Money, VITON13 & RISE, ANIRI and VITON XIII; the products of VIT MARKET; the studio services ordered on the services pages; and the courses of VITON13 SCHOOL. The seller is named in the next section.
These terms follow Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the Rules for the sale of goods under a retail sale contract approved by Russian Government Decree No. 657 of 30 May 2026, including their rules for selling goods remotely. Where a product or service page prints a more specific term — a price ladder, a delivery time, a revision count — that printed term applies to it, and where a printed term is more generous to you than these rules, the more generous term applies.
Seller and receipts
Vitalii Alekseevich Tarasov, a self-employed individual in the Russian Federation, payer of the Professional Income Tax (Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018), runs the VITON13 brand and the viton13.com website and its sections. The seller's taxpayer number (INN) is printed on every receipt.
Every payment is registered in the «Мой налог» (My Tax) app of the Russian Federal Tax Service, and the receipt is sent to you electronically. The seller is not a VAT payer, so prices do not include VAT.
How an order works
You add items to the bag, enter the contact and delivery details and choose a payment route. Sending the order opens a private order conversation in which we confirm availability, the delivery option and cost for your address, the final total and the payment route. Only after that confirmation is a payment link or invoice issued, and only then is anything charged. An order is complete when we dispatch it or, for a service, when we deliver the approved scope. Before ordering you can ask a person anything through the Help Center's direct channels.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in US dollars; VITON13 SCHOOL prints its course prices in roubles. A price shown in another currency is converted at a reference rate for orientation only and may differ from the amount your bank charges. The provisional total in the bag becomes final after the address check, when delivery is priced. No VAT is added, because the seller is not a VAT payer; import duties and taxes on a delivery abroad are described under Customs below. The VITON ID discount of 13% on studio services and VITO bonuses (13 VITO = $1) are applied on the order.
Payment routes
Depending on where you are, you can pay with a Russian card or SBP (MIR, SberPay, T-Pay), an international card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on the payment provider's PCI page, PayPal, a personal payment link in Telegram, cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, TON) or another route such as YooMoney or a bank transfer. Card and wallet details are entered on the provider's page, never on VITON13 pages, and VITON13 stores no card or wallet credentials. A discount code is verified before the charge.
Delivery depends on the destination and the address
Delivery is not the same everywhere. The available options, the cost and the timing depend on the country of delivery and on the exact address, and they are confirmed for every order before payment: standard delivery is calculated after the address review, priority delivery is quoted individually. Every order is tracked, with updates from dispatch to the door.
- Old Money ships from the warehouse in Primorsky Krai. Within Russia delivery is free of charge and takes up to 25 days; for the CIS, Europe, the USA and other destinations write to us and we price a delivery option before you order.
- VITON XIII bottles are dispatched within two working days; the delivery option and cost are confirmed at checkout for your address.
- VITON13 & RISE and ANIRI orders are confirmed with the studio before payment, including the delivery timing after size approval.
- VIT MARKET products come from the partner network: availability, lead time, the delivery route and the final price are confirmed on the order. Some collections are available only in certain countries, and the bag says so.
- Studio services and VITON13 SCHOOL courses are delivered remotely; no parcel is involved.
Customs, duties and product documents
For a delivery outside the country of dispatch, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility unless the order conversation says otherwise, and customs checks can extend the delivery time. Toys and children's products stay gated at checkout until the ASTM/CPC or CE evidence required for the destination market is accepted. Every VIT MARKET listing carries the classification VITON13 itself gives the item, and the notice on the listing follows that classification.
Cancelling an order
Before dispatch, an order can be cancelled from the order conversation at no cost, and anything already paid is refunded in full. Under Art. 26.1 of the consumer-protection law you may also refuse goods bought remotely at any time before they are handed over to you. Once an order has been delivered, the return rules apply. A studio service can be cancelled without charge until you approve the written scope; after work has started, the work completed by then is charged and the rest is refunded. A course can be cancelled before its confirmed start for a full refund.
Returns
By law, goods of proper quality bought remotely can be refused within 7 days after you receive them, or within 3 months if the return terms were not given to you in writing on delivery (Art. 26.1 of the consumer-protection law). For Old Money garments and unopened VITON XIII bottles we extend this to 14 days: they can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with their tags and packaging, and with the TraceTag document for Old Money.
RISE and ANIRI orders are confirmed with the studio before payment, so their return terms are agreed per order. VIT MARKET items follow the terms confirmed in the order conversation. An agreed term never shortens the legal right to refuse goods bought remotely (Art. 26.1 of Law No. 2300-1), except for an item made to your individual specification. Refund and cancellation outcomes depend on the product type, the state of delivery and the circumstances of the order; the Returns and refunds page gives the steps, the conditions and the exceptions.
Refunds
The money is returned no later than 10 days from the day you make the refund request, and a cancellation before dispatch is refunded in full. It goes back to the payment route you used, unless the law requires another route or you agree a different one with us, and your bank or provider may need extra days to show it. Where the law allows it, the cost of delivering the returned item back to the seller is deducted. Delivery fees are refunded when the return is due to our error or the law requires it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If a parcel arrives damaged, an item is defective or you received something you did not order, write to us as soon as you notice it, with the order number, a description and photographs of the item and the packaging. You can claim for a defect within the warranty period or, if none is set, within two years of delivery (Art. 19 of Law No. 2300-1). For a defective item you choose a replacement, a price reduction, a repair or a refund (Art. 18 of the same law), and the seller covers the return shipping in those cases. Do not send anything back before you receive the return address and instructions: the sender address on the parcel is not necessarily the return destination.
Services and courses
Studio services are delivered against a written scope with the revision rounds and exclusions printed on the service page; if a delivery does not match the scope, the revision rounds are there to fix it, and work that was not started is refunded. You may cancel a service or a course at any time, paying only for the work already done and the seller's actual costs (Art. 32 of the consumer-protection law). Monthly support stops on 30 days' notice. Courses are confirmed with each learner before payment; the terms for cancelling after the start are part of the programme conditions the school sends at admission.
