Consumer rights
By law, goods bought remotely can be refused at any time before delivery and within 7 days after you receive them. For Old Money and unopened VITON XIII, we give you 14 days. Your money is returned within 10 days of your request.
Privacy
VITON13 respects your privacy. The privacy policy explains what data the site collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to use your rights. The seller is the operator of your personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data», and requests about your data are answered within 10 working days.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies are set only after you allow them. The privacy policy lists every cookie and how long it is kept.
Delete your account
You can delete your VITON ID in the VIT app under Settings → Delete Account, or ask us by email to delete your personal data.
Seller information
Vitalii Alekseevich Tarasov, a self-employed individual in the Russian Federation, payer of the Professional Income Tax (Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018), runs the VITON13 brand and the viton13.com website and its sections.
The seller's taxpayer number (INN) is printed on every receipt.
Every payment is registered in the «Мой налог» (My Tax) app of the Russian Federal Tax Service, and the receipt is sent to you electronically. The seller is not a VAT payer, so prices do not include VAT.
