Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and the seller named in the Seller information section below, who runs the VITON13 brand and website (“VITON13”, “we”). They apply to viton13.com and its section sites (store, studio, journal, market, school and support), to the VIT app and to everything you do with a VITON ID. By using the sites, creating an account, placing an order or sending a request you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, the Sales, delivery and refunds policy and the Returns and refunds page, which form part of these terms.
Seller information
Vitalii Alekseevich Tarasov, a self-employed individual in the Russian Federation, payer of the Professional Income Tax (Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018), runs the VITON13 brand and the viton13.com website and its sections. The seller's taxpayer number (INN) is printed on every receipt.
Every payment is registered in the «Мой налог» (My Tax) app of the Russian Federal Tax Service, and the receipt is sent to you electronically. The seller is not a VAT payer, so prices do not include VAT.
Eligibility and VITON ID
A VITON ID can be created from the age of 13; between 13 and 17 with a parent's or guardian's consent. Orders, applications and payments are made by adults. Keep your password to yourself, use only your own account, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens through your signed-in session and for the accuracy of the details you give us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or harms other members, after which the VITO balance and any unconfirmed orders lapse.
Ordering products from the store and VIT MARKET
Sending an order from the bag is an offer to buy. We then confirm availability, the delivery option and cost for your address, the final total and the payment route in your order conversation; the contract is made when we confirm, and nothing is charged before that. If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in error, we tell you before any charge and you may cancel. Items from Old Money, VITON13 & RISE, ANIRI, VITON XIII and VIT MARKET go into one bag and one checkout; RISE and ANIRI orders are also taken directly by WhatsApp and Telegram on the same terms.
Prices, currency, taxes and discounts
Prices are set in US dollars; VITON13 SCHOOL prints its course prices in roubles. A price shown in another currency is converted at a reference rate for orientation and may differ from the amount your bank charges. For a delivery outside the country of dispatch, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility unless the order conversation says otherwise. The VITON ID discount of 13% on studio services and the VITO bonuses (13 VITO = $1) are applied on the order, and each service page prints its own starting price.
Delivery depends on the destination and the address
Delivery is not the same everywhere: the available options, the cost and the timing depend on the country of delivery and on the exact address, and are confirmed for each order before payment. Old Money ships from the warehouse in Primorsky Krai: within Russia it is free of charge and takes up to 25 days; other destinations are priced on request before you order. VITON XIII bottles leave within two working days and the delivery is confirmed at checkout. RISE and ANIRI orders are confirmed with the studio before payment. VIT MARKET items have their availability, lead time and final price confirmed on the order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; please check the parcel when it arrives and report damage as soon as you notice it.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Old Money garments and unopened VITON XIII bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. RISE and ANIRI orders are confirmed with the studio before payment, so their return terms are agreed per order. VIT MARKET items follow the terms confirmed in the order conversation. An agreed term never shortens the legal right to refuse goods bought remotely (Art. 26.1 of Law No. 2300-1), except for an item made to your individual specification. Refund and cancellation outcomes depend on the product type, the state of delivery and the circumstances of the order; the Returns and refunds page sets out the steps, the conditions and the exceptions.
Studio services
Studio services are ordered by describing a task; the studio sends a written scope, timeline in working days and final price within one working day, and work starts only after you approve it. Every service page prints its price ladder, revision rounds and exclusions, and those printed terms apply; anything outside them is quoted separately before it is done. AI-assisted production is drafted with AI tools and reviewed by a person; human-led production is directed by a specialist throughout; the mode you choose is named in the scope. Monthly support runs in monthly cycles and stops on 30 days' notice. Ad spend, media buying, third-party subscriptions, licences and the clothing budget are never included in a package price. Rights in the delivered work pass to you when the final price is paid; you confirm that the materials, texts and images you send us are yours to use.
VITON13 SCHOOL
Course prices are shown in roubles on the school page. Dates, format and the final scope are confirmed with each learner before payment, and nothing is charged before that confirmation. The form of completion confirmation is decided when admission opens: the school does not promise a certificate or a document that does not exist yet, and no result in search rankings or traffic is guaranteed. Access to a course is personal and may not be shared or resold.
VJOURNAL and editorial content
VJOURNAL is published for information and editorial purposes; stories are signed by an editorial desk, drafted with AI assistance under editorial responsibility, and may be corrected or updated as they develop. Nothing in VJOURNAL is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You may read and share links freely and quote short passages with attribution; republishing a story, its images or data in full needs our written permission.
Comments, messages and uploads
You keep the rights to what you post, send or upload, and you give VITON13 the licence needed to store it, show it to the audience you chose and deliver the service. You must not post or send content that is illegal, pornographic, exploitative, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing or spam, and you must not interfere with the operation or security of the sites or other users. We may filter, restrict, remove or preserve reported material, and suspend accounts, to protect users and comply with the law. The app lets you report content or people and block abusive accounts; we review reports.
Children's work on VIT MARKET
VIT MARKET buys drawings, models, knitting and other handmade work from children. A parent or guardian sends the enquiry, completes the sale and receives the payment: under the law a parent acts for a child under fourteen, and from fourteen to eighteen the child needs the parent's written consent. We publish a first name and an age only, and authorship stays with the child. Work that reproduces a recognisable third-party character cannot be listed, because the rights belong to someone else.
Brands, designs and platform materials
VITON13, Old Money, VITON13 & RISE, ANIRI, VITON XIII, VJOURNAL, VIT MARKET, VITON13 SCHOOL and TraceTag, together with the designs, photographs, texts, code and interface of the sites, belong to the seller or are used with permission. They may not be copied, sold or used to present other goods or services as ours without written permission.
Payment providers, carriers and suppliers
Payment providers, delivery partners and the suppliers in the VIT MARKET partner network provide their part of an order under their own terms, which apply to that part. VITON13 stays your point of contact for the whole order: the order conversation is where availability, delivery, totals, payment and any problem are handled.
Changes to the sites and the service
The sites may add sections, remove features, change prices for future orders or update content without notice when needed for operations, security or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, outages and the failure of a third-party service can interrupt it. A change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.
Our responsibility and its limits
We are responsible for delivering what we confirmed, in the condition and within the terms we confirmed. To the extent the law allows, VITON13 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for damage caused by information you gave us that was wrong, and our total liability for an order or a service is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live. Any term that limits the rights a consumer has under the law is void (Art. 16 of Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Consumer Rights Protection”) and does not apply.
Governing law and how disagreements are resolved
If something goes wrong, write to us: most questions are settled in the order conversation or by email within a few days. Writing to us is not a required step before going to court. A demand to refund money or to reduce the price is satisfied within 10 days of the day we receive it (Art. 22 of Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. A dispute that cannot be settled amicably may be brought by a consumer before the court of their place of residence or stay, of the seller's place of residence, or of the place where the contract was concluded or performed (Art. 17 of the same law).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, a provider or the law changes; the “page updated” date at the top shows when. Material changes are announced on the site and by a service email to account holders. Continuing to use the sites after the date of a change means the updated terms apply.
